Art modeling means posing so that artists can draw, paint or sculpt from a real human reference. The purpose is the artwork. Webcam platforms are about live adult entertainment — a different activity entirely. Stance is an art platform.

What an art model actually does
On Stance, you create photo reference packs — sets of poses that artists buy to study anatomy, proportion and light. If an artist needs a specific pose, they can book a live session and direct you over video while they work. In both cases, the point is the reference, not a performance.
