Atlas update

Beirut’s Atlas model now separates institutions from branches instead of duplicating a school at every address. The American University of Beirut remains the academic reference, while Lebanese Music School’s Painting Department explicitly includes figure drawing from a model and operates verified Beirut branches in Ashrafieh and Verdun.

In V8 the school is treated as one provider with branch relationships. The branches support local discovery, but they do not become duplicate provider entities.
